Meat specialist Butcher & Grill SW11 is to spring a Wimbledon offshoot in May.
The opening, reported in catersearch.com, would seem to suggest that the concept is beginning to live up to the chain-aspirations with which it was founded by ex-Harvey Nics’ food supremo Dominic Ford.
So far at least, Harden’s reporters have never really ‘rated’ the place, though. Perhaps in the chain ‘space’ that doesn’t really matter. And let’s face it, there are parts of town which offer rather more in the way of competition than Wimbledon Village…
