Filings, who F-ing needs ’em? That seems to be the attitude round at Ramsay Towers, which is proving itself remarkably delinquent in filing accounts at Companies House.
Accountancy Age notes that the accounts for the self-explanatory Gordon Ramsay Holdings, which should have been filed last June, are still not in. And, for the Claridge’s operation, not one but two annual deadlines have now been missed.
Given that the administrative style of Ramsay Holdings – presided over by father-in-law Chris Hutcheson – would strike most observers as tending more to control-freakery than chaos, one can’t help wondering why such a basic corporate legal requirement is being treated with quite such contempt.
Accountancy Age failed in its attempt to obtain a comment.
