The first authentic ramen bar in London is set to open this July in Soho. Tonkotsu started as a pop-up ramen bar run by the owners of Tsuru, and is finally set to become a permanent fixture on Dean Street after all six pop-ups sold out within days.
The select menu will offer authentic ramen and Japanese starters served alongside artisan Japanese beers and whiskies.
