Well-known restaurateur, Claudio Pulze has sold out his interest in the A(ubergine)-Z(afferano) group through which he first came to prominence.
The group also owns L’Oranger SW1, Alloro W1 and the two Memories of China restaurants turns over about £15 million annually.
Pulze and business partner Franco Zanellato have sold out to the third shareholder, John De Stefano. Mr De Stefano, chairman of London & Henley Property Group, already owns Edera W11 and the Berkeley Square Cafe W1, and he plans further acquisitions.
