Galvin brothers stick with City venture

The Galvin brothers are sticking with their plans to open a new restaurant, on the fringe of the City, reports bighospitality.co.uk.

If the deal goes ahead – and it will not finally be done for a couple of weeks – the setting will be the old chapel at Spitalfields Market.

We hope the venture does proceed: with a mezzanine platform for diners, looking down on a woodfire oven, as it sounds as if it might be spectacular.

Galvin also told BigHospitality of his plans to relaunch Galvin at Windows W1 early next year, not least with the installation of a “beautiful new stove”.
