Parisian entertainment-restaurant Bel Canto – which has three existing operations, including one near the Hôtel de Ville – is to set up in the City of London, reports caterersearch.com.

Any end to the current Gallic invasion, it would appear, is not yet in sight.

PS (13 August) September 15 is now confirmed as the opening date of the establishment where “diners will be able to enjoy cooking inspired by the South West of France” in a “lyrical setting”.
