Who really knows more about food, the chefs or the critics? This Saturday sees a quiz – presided over by University Challenge veteran Bamber Gascoigne – between the two groups.
For the chefs, those in the spotlight are Rowley Leigh, Angela Hartnett, Jeremy Lee and Richard Corrigan, and, for the critics, Giles Coren, Matthew Norman, Tracey Macleod and Toby Young
