Where did top chefs have their top meal of 2007? Richard Vines at the financial news service Bloomberg is fast becoming a sort of chefs’-own answer to the consumer-driven restaurant guides, and he today publishes his results of this latest enquiry into the views of London’s top toques.

This enquiry differs from his previous researches about the restaurants where chefs most enjoy dining and the chefs chefs most admire.
