Tom’s Place SW3 – Tom Aikens’s Chelsea chippy – may have set itself up as an eco-paragon, but that’s not how the neighbours see it.
In fact, so fished-off are they with the smell allegedly emanating from it that the local council, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, is taking enforcement action.
Aikens insists he has taken all reasonable measures to address his neighbours’ concerns.
