Zuma, Rainer Becker’s fabulously successful Knighstsbridge restaurant, is to open its first offshoot in the United States. The new restaurant will open in Miami in April 2010, reports Reuters.
With Hakkasan already established in Miami Beach, London-orientals are not a new concept around Miami. However, the new venture, with a massive 291 seats, is situated in the less obviously trendy area of Biscayne Bay.
Zuma's other locations include Hong Kong, Istanbul and Dubai.
