
Harden’s 19th annual survey of restaurant-goers – conducted in association with Rémy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac – is now closed. As last year, more than 8,000 diners-out contributed some 85,000 reviews in total.
Harden’s is the only comprehensive annual pan-UK survey of restaurant-goers’ views on the establishments they patronise. Indeed, the Harden’s survey is believed to be one of the largest detailed consumer surveys – of any area of economic activity – conducted in the UK every year.
The number of reports generated by the survey is thought to be several times higher than the research for any other pan-UK restaurant guide. The last time Harden’s is aware of when any competing UK guide published such information – which was some years ago – the number of reports cited was 10,000.
