David Moore of Pied a Terre W1 has proved himself one of London’s more durable restaurateurs, but he’s one of the few top-end operators who’s so far shown no desire to ‘double up’.
No longer, it seems. According to industry insider Kitchen Rat, Moore – with chef/business partner Shane Osborn – is said to be poised to sign for an additional property “shortly”.
