Robert Thompson’s “cutting-edge” cuisine is “unbelievably good”, the wine list is “extensive” and the seaside location of this hotel dining room is a “knockout” too – shame the modern décor is on the “sterile” side.
STOP PRESS: April 2013: Chef John Campbell (most recently at Coworth Park, Ascot) has now acquired the property, and will take over restaurants and hotel from Robert Thompson, at the end of April.
