For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
“Very busy but fantastically organised and well-run place that’s ideal for brunch or lunch in the heart of Shrewsbury” – this “slightly cramped” café offers “very good value” light bites (not least “a huge array of delicious pies” and “the best eggs Benedict ever”).
A “really friendly and always busy” café, in the city-centre, which may be “a little cramped” but serves some “brilliant” dishes – a particular shout-out goes to the “great range of breakfast items”.
“A must-visit for lunch when in this lovely medieval town” – this “small”, city-centre café has won high local popularity with its brunch-friendly fare, and is also open for a couple of evenings each week; “the fries with béarnaise sauce alone justified the trip”.
