Harden's survey result
For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
“Set in English countryside overlooking a picturesque cricket green”, this “classic” pub is “a beautiful place where everything feels just right” (with “log fires inside” in winter); all this, plus “consistently good cooking”.
“As perfect an English pub as you can find”, with “good-value” food and appealing dining options – “eat outside facing the village green” or enjoy the “relaxing atmosphere” within.
On a pretty village green, an “excellent village pub and restaurant” – perhaps not a place of culinary pilgrimage but, on almost all reports, “consistently good”.
According to pretty much every report, this is an “outstanding” all-rounder – “a traditional pub, with food worthy of a decent restaurant”, “great beers”, and a “perfect village setting” on “a village green worthy of Midsomer”.
The Noahs Ark Inn Restaurant Diner Reviews
"The Noah's is a gem. Right on the village cricket green in a picture postcard village. Loads of individual touches and attention to detail in the styling make it cosy inside but not remotely country twee. Great menu featuring seasonal ingredients and local produce. Great atmosphere whenever you visit. Love!"
