Harden's survey result
For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
On the city outskirts, this local favourite “continues to impress” with its “deliciously spiced Middle Eastern cuisine (part-Persian, part-Turkish)” and in “substantial portions” too; for new converts, it’s something of “a revelation… how did we miss this before?!”
“Something different” – an “authentic” Iranian, on the outskirts of the city centre, which offers “really enjoyable” food; prices are “still very reasonable” too.
“Perfectly spiced food in an unassuming location on the edge of the city centre” helps establish this “affordable” and “really enjoyable” Persian as quite a local “favourite”.
“You don’t visit for its looks”, but this “cracking” family-run Persian scores top marks for its “high-quality” dishes – and it’s “ridiculously cheap” to boot.
