Kurt Zdesar – who has been involved with such illustrious names as Nobu, Hakkasan, Chotto Matte and Ping Pong – and Stefano Stecca (most recently executive chef at Toto’s) opened this “spacious” and glamorous-looking Italian yearling in late-2018 in Marylebone, with a focus on organic ingredients. Early-days feedback was limited, but some “delicious” if pricey food is reported, and the main quibble about the interior is that its moody lighting can leave it “rather dark”.

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
