Have you eaten at BYOC?

Owner's description

The BYOC (Bring Your Own Cocktail) concept has headhunted one of the most exciting young chefs in London to bring exceptional food to its new bar/restaurant in Soho. James Cochran, formerly of The Ledbury, two Michelin star has joined forces with one of the best ideas in London. As a BYOC customer I pay £25 and bring half a bottle of my favourite spirit for the barmen to mix in front of me (usually about five cocktails for two hours of fun.) I can choose from three floors to match the evening vibe. The ground floor is James Cochran's food while floor one offers space for larger groups to drink their BYOC cocktails and eat platters including scotch eggs, pigs head kromesky and cheese and ale toast. The second and final floor offers a more intimate BYOC ambiance with the similar food and drink but at a slower more private pace. Come and join in the fun seven days of the week.

Growing up by the sea has been a huge influence on his cooking and customers can look forward to treacle cured smoked salmon and raw mackerel on the menu.
