Harden's says
A new chicken shack (and bar) 'designed to elevate the humble chicken into something a bit fancier', Fancy Funkin Chicken - which opened in Brixton at the end of September - is run by Nathan Pattie (co-founder of PIX), Rollo Weeks (formerly at Sketch) and Lars Larson (formerly of Cuckoo). The chicken in question is ethically sourced, free-range and crusted with a Southern American recipe, and served with cocktails.
