“The original is still the best”, say fans of this Putney oriental, which – complete with ’80s disco décor – spawned (but is no longer part of) the well-known chain; it’s not yet “quite up to the level it was before its 2007 fire”, but “reliable” enough, with still-“excellent” dim sum.
