Deflating any feelings inspired by Nick Lander’s piece the previous day, our hero uses his column to puncture the absurd views of certain restaurant guides – “As for Harden’s and Zagat guides: stuff ’em.” He is not impressed by Enoteca Turi (wrongly praised, it seems, by both publications), nor for the two guides’ erroneous views on a number of leading restaurants.
