This stupendously grand 5-star newcomer, near Embankment tube, makes a splendid venue to impress, especially on business; Roman chef, Massimo Riccioli’s fish-heavy menu is dextrously realised too – shame that, unless you go for the ‘steal’ of a set lunch menu, it’s really very overpriced.
