Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"A mid-market chain restuarant with a focus on mediterian food - a good range of vegeterian and vegan options make a good place for us to eat. However on this occasion, it was very busy and food was delayed and ok but not great. I'd think twice twice about returning based on that experiece. "
