These characterful railway arches “have offered food for decades in various guises” (currently, as an outpost of the ‘Black & Blue’ chain); “for a quick bite pre-Festival Hall” it’s mightily convenient, but otherwise “you wouldn’t rush back”.
“For meeting up with friends before a South Bank concert”, this outpost of the ‘Black & Blue’ steak ’n’ burger chain – under the arches by the Festival Hall – is certainly hyper-convenient; otherwise, though, it’s “nothing special”, and “expensive for what it is”.
