Harden's survey result
For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
“Always a safe bet” for “an informal business lunch” or “a dinner after work” – these large, “crowded” Turkish operations are “well-priced” and “efficient”, and even if the “tasty” sustenance is arguably “without flair”, it’s also “without offence”.
For a “relatively cheap and cheerful” bite in the City, these “very buzzy and busy” Turkish outlets make a “slightly different” choice, and the fare is generally pretty “decent”.
“Not bad for a quick bite”; no denying, though, that this “crammed-in” Turkish chain, in the City, is attracting increasing flak for “uninspiring” food and “brusque” service.

"The food continued to be good. I had a very tasty yogurt-based dish. Service was moving from prompt to brusque at Christmas which would be forgivable if they were actually busy. The place was looking a bit distressed. However as a City favourite for lunch it’s probably a bit over used by that date."
