Summary

“Seafood, soufflées par excellence, and sea views” are all attractions at Pierre Chevillard’s “tried and trusted” clifftop fish restaurant, offering a “wonderful view of the Isle of Wight from the windows overlooking the water” (as well as from the outside patio).

Summary

Pierre Chevillard’s “beautifully located cliff top restaurant enjoys lovely views over Bournemouth and Poole Bay, the Isle of Wight and the Needles” (“especially from the garden terrace”), and it serves “sublime local seafood with typically Gallic flair!” (“Lovely accommodation also”.)

Summary

With a “great location on the clifftop”, this “rather sophisticated” venue offers “first-rate” (if rather “pricey”) seafood dishes by chef Pierre Chevillard; it’s especially nice when you can “sit outside, overlooking the Solent”.

Summary

Not only “spectacular views across the Solent” make this “consistently good” cliff-top spot a major hit with reporters (especially those who dine al fresco); head chef Pierre Chevillard is “simply superb with fish”, and prices are relatively “affordable” too; a downside? – the interior is too ’80s for some tastes.

"Enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day meal here. Got a great table facing out of the window to the sea. Very nice to see straight into the kitchen too! Food was really delicious, service was pretty good considering how busy it was. Would certainly return!"
