Tray Gourmet, a French delicatessen and catering company in London, was created in the early 90's to provide private and corporate catering with a hint of Frenchness. Tray Gourmet introduced the "Assiettes Repas" concept for company boardroom an exclusive way of eating while working. They are also creating mouthwatering canapés. They import weekly: cheese, charcuterie, fruit, vegetables and French delicacies.
